Start and Finish
The red star indicates the start and finish of both the 10k and 5k races, which is the Rocori High School football field/track in Cold Spring.

10k Run
The 10k is denoted with red arrows.  It is an out and back route.  The return route is indicated with a red dashed line.
The route is paved with a gravel shoulder along most of the route. There are a few hills on the way out, but the return route is downhill and flat. There will be 3 water stops along the way. If the weather is warm, we will provide an additional water stop. 10K Route

5k Run/Walk

Please note - due to construction at the new school the 5K route has changed slightly. Please view the NEW ROUTE iNFORMATION - the 10K route below is correct, but the 5K route below is incorrect.

1K Race Route

Please note - due to construction at the new school the 1K route has changed. We will be running around the ROCORI High School track 2 times and then to the finish.
